My approach grows from a devotion to the intelligence of both psyche and body. As a Jungian analyst-in-training at the International School of Analytical Psychology in Zürich, I attend to the language of dreams and images while remaining grounded in bodily experience. My path to this work emerges from multiple streams: seventeen years as a professional dancer and formal training in studio art developed my understanding of embodied and visual expressions of the psyche.
I received my master's degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy and opened my clinical practice in 2008. I am also a practitioner of Vajrayana Buddhism, a tradition rich in its approach to mind and perception. My clinical orientation includes specialized trauma training with Donald Kalsched, EMDR, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
Working at the intersection where image meets sensation and contemplative awareness meets the unconscious, I bridge different ways of knowing: how the body holds experience, how images speak to us, and how mindful awareness can illuminate the depths. I create a space where symptoms become meaningful and the psyche's natural movement toward wholeness can be trusted. I work with clients in Zürich and online.
