Jungian Psychoanalysis

Jungian analysis is an inquiry  into the depths of psyche, guided by the living symbols that emerge from the unconscious. This approach recognizes that beneath our habitual attention lies a rich inner world that speaks to us through symptoms, moods, dreams, bodily experiences, and meaningful coincidences.

In analysis, we attend carefully to these communications from the unconscious, understanding them not as obstacles to overcome, but as essential messages guiding us toward wholeness.

The analytical process honors both light and shadow, understanding that psychological growth often requires us to meet and integrate previously unknown or rejected aspects of ourselves. This integration leads not to the elimination of suffering, but to a more meaningful relationship with our challenges and a deeper sense of purpose.

No tree, it is said, can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell.

C. G. Jung
